Dangote Cement Plc is now accepting applications for the 2026 HEMM Operators Training Programme.
The Dangote HEMM Operators Training Programme offers an intensive 18-month programe with living stipends, health care, free accommodation, and a HEMM Operator Certificate.
Requirements
To be considered for the Dangote Cement HEMM Operators Training Programme, you must possess the following:
- Secondary School Leavers with minimum of 5 Credit pass including English and Mathematics (WAEC/NECO)
- Â Technical college graduates with national technical Certificate (NTC) and NABTEB or Trade Test I, II, III.
- Age limit must be between 22 to 35 years old.
- Valid means of identification
- Good physical and mental fitness
- Strong safety awareness and discipline
- Willingness to undergo intensive training and assessments.
