Wola Joseph-Condotti Annual Essay Competition invites Undergraduates who have passion for writing to participate in this year essay writing.
Technology is reshaping every space, and how we lead through it will define the future we build. This competition is about inspiring the next generation of leaders who think critically, act with integrity, and embrace innovation with purpose.
This year’s Essay theme, “Leadership in a Digital Age: Taking Charge for What Is, and What Is to Come, Through Technological Transformation,” challenges undergraduates across Nigeria to think deeply about what leadership truly means in our fast evolving world.

Applicant must be a student in any accredited Nigerian university
Selection Process
Guideline for Submission
- Essays must not exceed 1,500 words.
- Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, and double spacing.
- Include proper footnotes or references using the APA style.
- Plagiarism is not allowed — all entries must be original.

- Selected finalists must be available to attend the JAALS Junior Conference in November 2025 at the University of Ibadan, Oyo State.
