The Mastercard Innovation and Technology Scholarship at Arizona State University is an online, fully funded opportunity for applicants to enroll and gain a Master’s degree certificate online at the institution.

The ASU Online Graduate Certificate is fully sponsored by the Mastercard Foundation to cover full tuition fees, as well as coaching and one-on-one mentorship sessions.

Selected participants will also be awarded a scholarship for fully funded Master’s degrees in Supply Chain Management or Leadership Management. 

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the Mastercard ASU Online Graduate Certificate 2026, you must:

  • Must meet ASU admissions requirements.
  • Must be an African citizen between the ages of 18 and 33 who is committed to ethical leadership and community engagement.
  • Proven leadership, service, and academic excellence.
  • Undergraduate degree earned by July 2026.
  • No prior graduate degree started or completed.
  • Must reside in Rwanda for the program duration.
