The University of Delaware in the United States currently has several fully funded opportunities for international students seeking graduate studies.

The fully funded University of Delaware Scholarship covers tuition fees, a monthly stipend of $3000 and healthcare funding, and conference funding for research travels.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the University of Delaware Scholarship, you must meet the requirements below:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields
  • GPA above 3.5 (undergraduate or graduate level)
  • For international students: TOEFL ≥ 95 or IELTS ≥ 6.5

Preferred Skills & Experiences

  • Strong GPA (3.7+ for undergraduate, 3.8+ for graduate studies)
  • Research experience in plasma physics, chemistry, or engineering
  • Programming knowledge (Python, R, MATLAB)
  • Numerical simulations with COMSOL or Ansys
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Experience with electronics, robotics, and AI/ML applications
