Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Energy Talent Graduate Trainee Program, you must:
- have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Engineering role, ideally within the Environment / Renewable Energy / Sustainability industry.
- possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- have working knowledge of ENEERGY and Solar system
- pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- be a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
