Applications are invited for Postdoctoral Position in Theoretical Physics (Tensor Networks and Quantum Field Theory) at Ghent University in Belgium. International students are eligible to apply for this position.
Course Level: Position is available to pursue Postdoctoral programme.
Available Subject: Position is awarded in Theoretical Physics (Tensor Networks and Quantum Field Theory).
Eligibility Criteria: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:
- Applicants should have a Ph.D. in theoretical or computational physics.
- The ideal candidate should have good analytical and numerical skills and be highly motivated.
- Previous experience with tensor networks in the context of quantum many-body systems is not mandatory but very welcome, as is any other experience relevant to the topics of this project (quantum entanglement, field theories, holography, …).
