The East Asia Bureau of Economic Research in the Crawford School of Public Policy is providing the Pacific Trade and Development (PAFTAD) funding for the brilliant candidates at Australian National University.
The main purpose of this educational award is to grant financial support for a postgraduate student who has a research interest in economics or political economy in the Asia Pacific region.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have to meet the following eligibility criteria: The bursary is available each year to an Australian or international student who is enrolled/enrolling in postgraduate coursework at the Australian National University. Applicants must demonstrate research interest in economics or political economy studies in the Asia Pacific region.
Method of Application
For acquiring this award, you are needed to apply for postgraduatedegree coursework at ANU. After being a university student, the applicant will be eligible to apply for the fund by submitting the supporting documents to the zou@anu.edu.au

- Supporting Documents: Must submit the CV & academic transcript, PAFTAD application letter demonstrating your interest in applying and two referee letters of support.
- Admission Requirements: For enrolling in the undergraduate course, you need to have all your certificates of studies and academic excellence.
- Language Requirement: All applicants must have to provide evidence that their English language ability meets the minimum requirements for admission.
Benefits
The fund will provide a stipend of $27,000 includes provisions for paid medical, maternity and paternity leave.
