This Master’s Degree Program in Intellectual Property and Development Policy (MIPD) is jointly organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the Ministry of Intellectual Property (MOIP), the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) of the Republic of Korea, and the KDI School of Public Policy and Management (KDI School), in Sejong, Republic of Korea.

Requirements
WIPO scholarships are awarded to:
- Government officials and individuals working in the public sector, including universities, academics, and research and development institutionsÂ
- Candidates should be from developing countries, least developed countries (LDCs) or countries in transition.
To be considered, applicants shall:
- Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Be fluent in English
- Apply through both the WIPO eLearning Center and KDI School’s online application system within the deadline
Selection Process
Successful applicants for WIPO scholarships are notified by the WIPO Academy. Thereafter they will be provided with relevant information, including travel arrangements.
