Through the placement program, selected National Service Personnel will work across various NestlĂ© business units, develop practical workplace skills, and contribute to projects that impact communities across Ghana.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Social Sciences, Business Administration, IT and Computer Science and HND in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
  • Completed National service eligibility requirements (per local legislation).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, agility, and willingness to learn.
  • Analytical.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Pay attention to details
  • Ability to speak French is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

You will

  • Assist in day-to-day operations within your assigned department.
  • Support ongoing projects with research, analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
  • Participate in Nestlé’s training programs, learning modules and mentorship initiatives.
  • Contribute creative ideas and proactive solutions to team objectives.
  • Uphold Nestlé’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation.
