Applications are now open for the 2024 Polaris Bank Graduate Trainee Intensive Program. Polaris Bank Limited is a Tier II Nigerian bank that was established by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on September 21, 2018 to offer commercial banking services, the bank commenced services on the same day, having purchased the assets, and assumed certain of the liabilities, of the defunct Skye Bank.

Job Summary: 

This exercise is specifically targeted at young graduates based in locations outside of the corporate head office in Lagos, to provide an opportunity for them to join our vibrant workforce. This program is ideal for a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career within a fast-paced and supportive environment. As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of our operations, develop essential professional skills, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND (Minimum of 2.2 and Upper Credit)
  • Strong interest in a banking career, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
