Hermann F. Eilts Endowed International award is now available at the American University in Cairo for prospective & current students for the Academic Year 2019-2020.
Eligibility Criteria

- Eligible Countries: Applications from all countries are accepted.
- Acceptable Course or Subjects: You should have an interest in the Middle East to pursue Middle East studies, political science or history at AUC for one semester/year.
- Admissible Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must be undergraduate students enrolled in U.S. universities.
Method of Application: While applying to this opportunity, must be enrolled at any US universities. Complete an online application through Banner Self-Service.
- Supporting Documents: There is no documentation required, but participants will be asked to submit the required documents at the time of admission.
- Admission Requirements: GPA should be a minimum of 3.2 or more, Minimum number of credit hours should be 12 credits during the semester of the award
- Language Requirement: If your first language is not English, then for the degree you have applied for, you have to demonstrate the requirements of the English language.
Benefits
The program will provide free money to covering tuition and or/AUC housing. The grant is awarded for one semester and can be extended to one year based on merit.
