Campus El Gouna was established to act as a scientific and academic field office of Technische Universität Berlin on the Red Sea in Egypt. In its new satellite Campus in El Gouna, TU Berlin offers three Master degree programs and furthermore great possibilities for science, research and development and events of all kind. Campus El Gouna is a unique public-private partnership (PPP) project in the field of education export. It was financed by TUB alumnus Samih Sawiris and opened its doors in October 2012.
Applications are invited for Surprise Scholarship at the Technical University of Berlin in Germany for 2017-2018 academic year. German, as well as International applicants, are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
The aim of the scholarship is to provide financial help to German as well as international students.
Course Level: Scholarships are available to pursue Master degree programme.
Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in the following subjects:
- Energy Engineering (EE)
- Urban Development (UD)
- Water Engineering (WE)
Scholarship Award: Only a few scholarships (a grant from 2500 EUR for tuition fees, a monthly subvention from 500 EUR from 1 Oct. 17-31.Sept.18) for applicants and matriculated students are available.

Entrance Requirements: Applicants must have their previous degree.
English Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
