Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Matrix Energy Graduate Internship Program, you must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Media Studies, Public Relations, or any related discipline.
- 1–2 years relevant experience in Corporate Communications, Branding, Digital Media, Content Development, or Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, and content management platforms.
- Strong copywriting and content editing capability
- Basic understanding of corporate communication principles and employer branding strategies
- Knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools is an advantage
- Experience in social media management tools and website content updates.
- Strong visual storytelling and content development skills.
- Basic photography and video editing capability will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
