The McCall MacBain scholarship is fully funded for your entire master’s or professional program at McGill University in Canada.

The McGill University McCall MacBain Scholarship also gives you living stipends of $2,300 per month to cover your living expenses while you’re studying. If you need to move to Montréal, they’ll give you a relocation grant to help with that too.

When you get this scholarship, you’ll have a mentor, coach, and advisors to help you. They’ll support you and give you guidance. This program is not only about developing your leadership skills, but also about giving you chances to learn more and explore your interests.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the McCall MacBain Scholarships, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You are a current student on track to earn your first bachelor’s degree by August 2027
  • You earned your first bachelor’s degree in the last five years (January 2021 or later)
  • You earned your first bachelor’s degree more than five years ago, and are 30 years or younger in 2026
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent as recognized by McGill)

You will also need to meet the minimum degree and language requirements for McGill master’s program admission.

  • Tuition and fees for the full normal duration of the master’s or professional program
  • A living stipend of $2,300 per month during academic terms

  • Beginner to advanced French language courses offered through McGill

Scholars not pursuing an academic term during the summer may apply for up to $5,000 to pursue meaningful summer initiatives.
