The University of Calgary Graduate Scholarship offers fully funding that covers tuition and living expenses for selected candidates who are ready to support an a industry/NSERC collaborative project.

Requirements:

To be considered for the University of Calgary Graduate Scholarship, the following requirements are key:

  • B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in chemical engineering, or a related discipline, preferably with a focus on separation processes or material development.
  • Experience in designing and conducting careful laboratory experiments.Key Responsibilities will Include:
  • Conducting research in a responsible and ethical manner with a critical mindset.
  • Maintaining accurate records of experimental procedures and results.
  • Leading the preparation of scientific manuscripts for publication in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
  • Presenting research findings to industrial partners and at scientific conferences
  • Actively managing collaborative work with other research groups.
  • Contributing to laboratory operations.
  • Supporting efforts related to Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility.
