The Newcastle University is proud to announce its 14 new Vice-Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarships to cover 50% and 100% tuition fees. Scholarships are awarded to outstanding international students who apply to commence full-time undergraduate studies. The aim of the scholarship is to enable and encourage academically able students from any nationality. Newcastle University is a public research university located in Newcastle upon Tyne in the North-East of England.

Course Level: Scholarships are available to pursue undergraduate programme.

Available Subject: Scholarships are awarded to learn any of the courses offered by the university.

Scholarship Benefits: 50% or 100% of tuition fees will be awarded.

Eligible nationalities: To be considered for the 50% scholarships applicants must be a national of one of the following countries: USA, India, Malaysia, South Africa, Kenya, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Turkey, Algeria and Morocco. To be considered for the 100% scholarships applicants must be a national of one of the following countries: USA, India.

  • be assessed as international for fee purposes
  • hold an offer for an eligible undergraduate degree programme at the University’s Newcastle city centre campus for the 2018/19 academic year

Eligible candidates will be assessed according to evidence of academic ability, evidence of commitment to studies and quality of application.

100% tuition fees:

To be considered for the 100% scholarships applicants must:

  • be a national of one of the following countries: USA, India
  • be assessed as international for fee purposes
  • hold an offer for an eligible undergraduate degree programme at the University’s Newcastle city centre campus for the 2018/19 academic year

Eligible candidates will be assessed according to evidence of academic ability, evidence of commitment to studies and quality of application.
