Applications are now open for the 2026 Lagos State Public Service Accelerator Programme. The programme is a flagship leadership and capacity-building initiative of the Lagos State Ministry of Establishments and Training designed for high-potential civil servants on Grade Levels 12–14. It combines leadership development, digital governance, mentorship, project-based learning, and knowledge transfer to prepare future public-sector leaders.
Programme Highlights
- Duration: Approximately 12 weeks
- Hybrid format (virtual and in-person)
- Expert-led masterclasses
- Mentorship from Permanent Secretaries and senior government leaders
- Applied case studies based on real Lagos governance challenges
- Team projects aligned with the Lagos State T.H.E.M.E.S+ Agenda
- « Pass-It-On » model where participants transfer knowledge to younger officers in their MDAs.
