The Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Scholarship Program (SP) aims to train future leaders in partner countries to foster the socio-economic development of their home countries. KOICA is offering 11 master’s and 4 doctoral programs in this recruitment. Requirements

Master’s Degree

  • Citizen of a partner country, officially recommended by the country’s government
  • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
  • Public official or publicly-affiliated worker
  • Those who meet the university’s selection criteria

Doctoral Degree

  • Those who meet the above selection criteria for a Master’s degree
  • Holder of a Master’s degree from a recognized institution(completers excluded)

Method of Application

There are 2 ways to apply for this scholarship:

  1. KOICA Round conducted by KOICA overseas office (or Korean Embassy)
  2. University Round (Only for those who pass the KOICA Round)
