The University of New Brunswick Scholarship is a graduate study opportunity for international students willing to study in Canada.

The University of New Brunswick Scholarship is fully funded, covering tuition and other fees, while also providing an annual living stipend for selected applicants.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the 2026 University of New Brunswick Scholarship, you must meet the following application requirements;

  • Background in Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong undergraduate record with a minimum GPA of 3.3.
  • PhD applicants must hold a master’s degree with an excellent academic record; prior publications are preferred.
  • You will also need to meet the institutions English language requirements.

Selected candidates will work on cutting-edge research in the following areas:

𝟱𝗚/𝟲𝗚 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), wireless power transfer, millimeter-wave communications, RFID, MIMO, and OTFS
• Channel estimation, signal detection, multiple access techniques, and wireless resource management
𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀
• Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and foundation models for communication systems
• Distributed learning, optimization, and autonomous operation for wireless networks
