Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) is calling on Nigeria undergraduates for its 2025 annual essay competition which the theme of this year competition is on Employee mental health and wellness: The role of HR in creating a resilient and supportive workplace

Requirements

Open to undergraduate student in any Nigerian university, polytechnic or college of education

Method of Application

To join the competition, write an essay on the given topic. Here is the guideline it shoud follow 

• Length: Must not go over 3,000 words
• Style: APA (6th Edition)
• Font: Times New Roman, size 12
• Spacing: Double line spacing
• Format: Only Microsoft Word format is accepted
• Originality: No copying. If you plagiarise, you’ll be disqualified
