The 2023 WeNaija Campaign aims to involve Nigerian youth in raising awareness and uptake of HPV vaccines by participating in a video content creation contest through social media.
For this year’s campaign, NSSF invites you to enter the WeNaija Advocacy Video Contest. Submit a 30 – 120 seconds, original video, through your preferred social media platform, sensitizing the public about Human Papillomavirus (HPV) and the availability of the vaccine in Nigeria.

- Video must be uploaded to your Instagram page/profile while tagging and following NSSF on that social media platform.
- Video must contain these 5 key words: HPV vaccines, Cervical Cancer, Girls (between Age 9 to 14), NSSF and Health Centres
- Video caption/description must have these 2 keywords: #WeNaijaA2A #WeNaijaHPVV
- Entry into the contest is free and is limited to one submission per person. Multiple submissions will result in immediate disqualification.
- Video should be done in English or Pidgin English, no vulgar words or any form of Nudity.
- Videos must not have been published on any social platform, website, blog, online forum or submitted to any other competition. If your video has been long-listed or shortlisted in other competitions and provided it has not won a prize or been published, it is eligible. You must inform us immediately should your video be published or win a prize elsewhere.
Requirements
- Open to Nigerians living in Nigeria between the ages of 18 and 35;
- Entries must be entirely your own work. Any evidence to the contrary will result in immediate disqualification.
Method of Application
All entries should be submitted in accordance with the timelines stated or as communicated. Submissions outside of these timelines will not be considered and become automatically disqualified. Only successful entries will be contacted.
