2021 Maritime Engineering International Awards at University of Tasmania, Australia
To increase female participation in maritime engineering programmes, the National Centre for Maritime Engineering and Hydrodynamics (NCMEH), Australia’s premier maritime engineering facility at the University of Tasmania’s specialist institute, the Australian Maritime College (AMC), is offering great scholarships to future engineering women.
The University of Tasmania will provide the award to undergraduate students: 100% on-campus accommodation costs for the first year of study in one of the Halls of Residence in Launceston and postgraduate students: 100% on-campus accommodation costs for the first semester in one of the Halls of Residence in Launceston.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must be International female students who apply to study in the Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Engineering (Maritime Design).
- Applicants must be required to achieve a minimum Pass result in all units studied each semester to retain this award.
- Applicants will be expected to demonstrate evidence of an adequate level of English proficiency.
