The Geneva Academy is offering 2 full scholarships and 3 partial scholarships for international students. Scholarships are awarded for LLM in International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights (LLM) and Master of Advanced Studies in Transitional Justice, Human Rights and the Rule of Law (M TJ).

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing master’s programme.

Eligibility Criteria:
LLM Programme:
 The LLM is open to candidates who have a full degree in law; a demonstrable interest in IHL and HR (i.e. internships, summer school, conferences attended, etc.); a good background in public international law and a sound command of English. A passive knowledge of French is an asset.

MTJ Programme: University is looking for students who possess a law degree or an equivalent degree relevant to transitional justice (such as international relations, political science, sociology, anthropology or history); have a demonstrable interest in legal issues related to transitional justice and are proficient in English. Practical experience and a command of French are an asset.

English Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
