MPhil Scholarship at Swansea University in UK, 2018

Swansea University is a public research university located in Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom. It was chartered as University College of Swansea in 1920, as the fourth college of the University of Wales and in 1948 became the first campus university in the UK.

The Swansea University is looking for excellent applicants for its MPhil Studentship in Management/Engineering. The studentship is available for UK/EU and international applicants.

Course Level: Studentship is available to pursue MPhil programme.

Available Subject: Studentship is awarded in the field of Management/Engineering.

Scholarship Benefits: Studentship will cover the following:

  • Applications are welcome from International Students on the understanding that the difference between the fees awarded (£4,195) and the international fee rate would be met by the successful candidate.
  • The studentship covers the full cost of UK/EU tuition fees, plus a tax-free stipend of £14,296 p.a.

Eligibility Criteria: The following criteria must be met in order for applicants to be eligible for the scholarship:

  • Applicants should have a first class or upper second class (2.1) honours degree in a technical discipline (electrical engineering, environment science), preferably with a substantial research skills element. As specified above, we seek a candidate with a strong interest and/or track record in both technical engineering and management disciplines.
  • Applications are welcome from International Students on the understanding that the difference between the fees awarded (£4,195) and the international fee rate would be met by the successful candidate.
