Fully Funded University Technology Malaysia Scholarships 2026.

The University Technology Malaysia is welcoming applications for its undergraduate and postgraduate programs from home and international students.

The University Technology Malaysia Scholarships are fully funded covering the costs of tuition and living expenses worth up to RMB 1500 per month for selected candidates.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the University Technology Malaysia Scholarship, you must:

• be domestic or international students
• be applying for undergraduate or postgraduate programs at UTM.
• meet the entry requirements for your chosen program at UTM.
• satisfy the English Language requirements of the University Technology Malaysia.
• submit all required documents and apply by the deadline.

The University Technology Malaysia Scholarships are offered to admitted students (covering tuition and up to RMB 1500 monthly stipend).

Undergraduate Study

• Certified photocopies of official certificates (High School / Diploma / A-Level or equivalent).
• Certified photocopies of translated certificate (if issued in other than English or Malay language).
• Certified photocopies of qualification transcripts (High School / Diploma / A-Level or equivalent).
• Certified photocopies of English Language Certificate (IELTS/TOEFL/TOEFL IBT/ELS CIEP).
• Front Page of Passport.
• Passport-sized photograph.
• Sponsor Letter (if applicable).
• Proof of Working Experience (if applicable).
• Personal medical health report (only if you suffer from a medical condition).
• Proof of Processing Fees.

Postgraduate Study

• Bachelor/Master Qualifications.
• Bachelor/Master Academic Transcripts.
• English language certificate (IELTS/ TOFEL/ TOFEL IBT/ ELS CIEP/ TEEP).
• Sponsor Letter (if applicable).
• Referees statement(s) (if applicable).
• Research proposal (for research mode).
• Passport-sized photograph.
• Proof of Working Experience (if applicable).
• Copy of Passport (with photo and personal details.)
• Proof of Processing Fees.
