Applications are now open for the 2026 FirstBank Pan‑African Graduate Trainee Programme. FirstBank is now accepting applications for its 2026 Pan-African Graduate Trainee Programme, designed to attract talented young graduates across its African operations and build the next generation of banking leaders.

Eligibility Requirements

  • A maximum age of 27 years by 30 June 2026
  • A minimum of 5 credits (including English and Mathematics) in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE)
  • University Educational Qualification – A minimum of Second-Class Honours (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline
  • NYSC (Nigeria), NSS (Ghana), NYSS (Sierra Leone) completion by 30 June 2026
