Requirements
- Delta State Origin: Applicants must be of Delta State origin.
- National Identification Number (NIN): Must possess a valid NIN.
- Enrollment in Tertiary Institutions: Must be registered full-time students in government-approved public tertiary institutions.Â
- Academic Performance: Must have a CGPA of 4.20 and above in the previous academic year’s examination.
- Bank Account: Must have an account with a CBN-approved commercial bank.
