Requirements

Applications are hereby invited from eligible undergraduates resident in Delta North (Aniocha North, Aniocha South, Ika North East, Ika South, Ndokwa East, Ndokwa West, Oshimili North, Oshimili South and Ukwuani LGAs), for the 2026 Edition of Monday Onyeme Foundation Scholarship, in the format below:

  4. Date of Birth
  5. National Identity Number (NIN)
  6. LGA
  7. INEC Ward
  8. Telephone Number (WhatsApp Line)
  9. Email Address
  10. Attach JAMB Letter of Admission, School ID and LGA Identification

Letter/Certificate.

  1. Non-Indigenes should attach a letter of Introduction from the Local Government Chairman/Secretary or Traditional Ruler in the Ward or Community where they reside, with their contacts boldly written.

Selection Process

All documents attachments should not be larger than 2.1MB. Only applications received via the Websites and meets the criteria will be shortlisted for the aptitude test.
