The Nestle YOUth Mentorship Program offers participants the opportunity to receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced Nestlé leaders, helping young professionals build skills, expand networks, and accelerate their career development.
Requirements
To be considered for the Nestle Cultivate YOUth Mentorship Program, you must:
- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Be a young professional, recent graduate, or early-career professional
- Be located in Asia, Africa, or Oceania
- Demonstrate interest in career growth, mentorship, and professional development
The program welcomes applicants at different stages of early careers, including individuals already working in junior or mid-level roles.
