Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Air Peace Graduate Trainee Program 2026, you must:
- Be a graduate with a BSc/HND degree
- Have a NCAA Flight Dispatcher Licence (mandatory)
- Have 0–2 years of experience
- Possess strong knowledge of weather interpretation and flight planning
- Have the knowledge of NCAA and ICAO regulationsÂ
- Demonstrate proficiency in flight planning software and MS Office
- Show the ability to work in a 24/7 operations environment
