The University of Arkansas Monticello Scholarship is a fully funded graduate assistantship opportunity to study in the USA.
The scholarship program covers tuition fees, an annual stipend of $20,000 per year, as well as supplemental funding for conference travel and presentations.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the University of Arkansas Scholarship, you must:
- have a 2.7 overall undergraduate GPA or 3.0 GPA in the last 60 semester hours of undergraduate courses. Also required a B.S. degree in geospatial sciences, geography, wildlife management/conservation, zoology, or related field,
- have experience with GIS, remote sensing, data science, landscape ecology, and waterfowl (preferred).
- have a valid U.S. driver’s license or obtain the same within 60 days of starting employment.
- Overnight travel and fall/winter field work are required, as well as the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.Â
