Sani Bello Foundation Scholarship Programme is one of the many programmes instituted by Sani Bello Foundation to help tertiary institution students in Nigeris who finds it difficult to pay their school fees.This scholarship initiative is a cornerstone of the Sani Bello Foundation’s commitment to bolstering educational access and fostering academic excellence.Â

Requirements
| The scholarship is renewed every year until graduation for existing awardees provided they have maintained the minimum CGPA as specified below, while new applicants are welcomed in their second year of study. All Applicants must meet the following criteria: |
| i. | Applicant MUST be a registered student in a known tertiary institution within Nigeria and MUST be a full time student. Part time applicants are not eligible. |
| ii. | Applicant from private institution or foreign institution/country is not eligible. |
| iii. | Applicant must be in his/her second year at the time of application. |
| iv. | Applicant must possess a minimum qualification of FIVE (5) credits in either WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB including MATHS & ENGLISH LANGUAGE not more than two sittings. |
| v. | Applicants must possess minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 . |
| vi. | Applicant MUST be a full time student. Part time applicants are not eligible. |
| vii. | Civil servants are not eligible. |
| viii. | Applicant MUST possess original copies of; birth certificate or Declaration of Age, Local Government Indigene Letter, O.level result, and secondary school testimonial, Transcript or Result Statement duly signed and stamped from school stating previous session CGPA results clearly. |
| ix. | Applicant MUST bring a copy of ALL credentials (as stated above), online registration printout, Admission letter, School Identity printout or valid means of school identification and photocopy of departmental course registration forms on or before 1st of March |
| x. | Applicant MUST be an Indigene within the Zone C, Niger State either byOriginBirthHaving parents/guardian stayed in Kontagora for 15 years and above |
| xi. | Applicant’s screening begins on submition of documents as stated above. In view of this, applicants are advised to make documents submition in person. |

- Proof of Identity:Â A birth certificate or Declaration of Age.
- Local Community Connection:Â A Local Government Indigene Letter.
- Academic Records:Â O-level result and Secondary school testimonial.
- Academic Performance:Â A Transcript or Result Statement indicating the CGPA results clearly
