Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador (FUCA) Program aims to engage future leaders and take them on a leadership journey as liaisons between Unilever and their respective Universities or Polytechnics.
The Unilever FUCA program is a paid opportunity that will recognize the top young talents around the country who have the passion to want more, do more, and contribute more to become great leaders with a positive impact.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be a youth between 16-24 years old.
- Be an undergraduate student.
- Be resourceful, creative and intelligently curious.
- Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to excellence, personal development, and professional development.
- Demonstrate an impressive record of initiative-taking and leadership.
- Be a team player.
Duration and Reward
- The program will recognize the top 20 young talents around the country who have the passion to Want More, Do More, and Contribute More to become great Leaders with a positive impact.
As a Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador (FUCA), you get;
- an invaluable real-world exposure to lead projects such as empowerment and skills development activities on your campuses,
- to build relationships with seasoned industry professionals and
- to expand your professional network even before you enter the world of work.
Method of Application
- First Step Complete the Levelup the Lean Entrepreneurship Skills Course and the Levelup 2.0 Design Thinking from a Business Perspective
- Second Step: Complete the courses before engaging the Closeup Brand Challenge and stand a chance to become a 2025/2026 Future-X Unilever Campus Ambassador.
