The Coca Cola International Leadership Trainee Program is a premium leadership program designed to challenge and transform young talented graduates into the next generation of leaders.
As a participant of the Coca Cola Leadership Trainee Program, you will gain international exposure and strong leadership experience to operate within one of Coca Cola across 29 countries.
Requirements
To be considered for the Coca Cola Leadership Program, you must:
- Possess a university degree or be able to commit fulltime to the program while studying
- Demonstrate first leadership experience ( job, student association, NGOs, sports teams, started own business, etc.)
- Be interested in growing as a leader in Commercial or Supply chain and drive impact in relevant business areas
- Have built professional and leadership aspirations (additional trainings, seminars, workshops)Â
- Be fluent in English, and literacy
- Posses up to 3 years of formal working experience after graduation Â
- Be ready to relocate to another country if required
- Participation in extra-curricular activities or volunteering is an added advantage
- Candidates who have lived in more than one country also have an added advantage
