The Master of Science in International Health (MScIH) focuses on poverty-related health problems in low and middle income countries. The programme aims to provide students with a solid foundation in international public health principles and to equip them with the knowledge and competencies necessary to run and initiate sustainable programmes for disease control, health promotion, and health services development across a wide range of populations and countries.
Eligibility:
- You must fulfil the necessary academic requirements and can be expected to successfully complete a study programme in Germany (above-average result for first academic exam – top performance third, language skills)
- You must have a Bachelor degree (usually a four-year course) in an appropriate subject
- You must have at least two years’ professional experience
- You can prove your motivation is development-related and be expected to take on social responsibility and initiate and support processes of change in their personal and professional environment after their training/scholarship
