It provides young Nigerians with deep exposure to public governance, practical leadership experience, strategic learning, and a supportive community that accelerates personal and professional growth.

Requirements
- Be Nigerian citizens
- Possess a minimum of three years of work experience
- Be under the age of 35
- Hold at least a bachelor’s degree
- Have completed the NYSC program or possess an exemption letter
- Civil servant between Grade Level 8-12
