Requirements
To be considered for the Rand Merchant Bank Graduate Trainee Program, you must:
- Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree
- Applicants must not be older than 25 years at the time of application
- Must have completed NYSC on or before December 31, 2025
- Must be legally eligible to work in Nigeria
