Requirements
- Applicants must be indigenes of Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.
- Applicants must be duly admitted and currently enrolled in 100 or 200 level in any recognized Nigerian university
- Applicants in 100 level must have obtained a minimum score of 200 marks in the JAMB examination.
- Applicants in 200 level must have attained a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 3.00 in their first-year academic results.

- First year sessional result (for applicants in 200 level only)

- Letter of recommendation/character reference from either the Clergy, Traditional/Community Leaders, C-Sagas Charity Foundation Management Team Members or Ward
- Representatives.
- Student’s Identity Card
