The Nigerian Institute of Professional Engineers and Scientists (NIPES) is pleased to welcome applications for its 2026 Comfort Architectural Finishing Limited Scholarship.
The NIPES Comfort Architectural Scholarship offers a ₦1 million award to selected undergraduate students across Nigerian universities.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the NIPES Comfort Architectural Scholarship, you must:
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited higher institution.
- Be Studying architecture or related courses.
- Be students in 200-level and above.
- Complete at least one free NIPES online course and explain the skills learned in their personal statement.
Benefits
The NIPES Comfort Scholarship is a ₦1,000,000 fund to be awarded to five (5) students at the rate of ₦200,000 each.

Your personal statement should cover:
- Your background and educational journey.
- Your passion for engineering/science.
- Academic and extracurricular achievements.
- Challenges you’ve overcome.
- Career goals and alignment with NIPES’s mission.
- Skills gained from the NIPES course: Describe the skills you learned from the free NIPES course and how they contribute to your academic or career development.
Method of Application

- Register on the NIPES website as a student member (for non-members) here
- Complete a free NIPES online course of your choice here.
- Submit your personal statement (500-750 words), explaining the skills you learned from the course and how they apply to your academic or career goals here. NB. Provide proof of enrollment and student ID and Include your NIPES membership number (if applicable).
- As part of the application process, you are required to enroll in and complete one of NIPES’s free online courses. These courses are designed to develop practical skills in engineering and science.
- Upon completing the course, you will receive a certificate of completion, which you must reference in your personal statement.
