The Koç University in Turkey is offering fully funded Turkish Government Scholarships for international students to pursue their dream postgraduate courses in one of the most attractive cities in Europe.
The Koç University Turkish Scholarships offer fully-funded awards in forms of 100% tuition waiver, 9000TL monthly stipends, travel costs, well-furnished dormitories, and free meal tickets.
Successful candidates also get a chance to obtain free (Fast Transit Pass) car stickers for campus entrance as well as annual travel support to attend scientific events.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Koç University Turkish Scholarship, you must:
- Be an international student
- Complete and submit the online application form for your Undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD program of interest with all the required documents
- Meet the specific requirements of your programme of choice
- Please note that an English Proficiency Test is not a required application document for our undergraduate international admissions.

Required Documents
To apply, candidates must be ready to submit the following documents;
- Statement of Purpose (SoP)
- CV
- High school or University transcripts (see specific program website for minimum GPA requirements as relevant)
- University diploma(s)
- English language proficiency test results (only TOEFL IBT is accepted and with a score of 80 IBT or higher, IELTS is not accepted in Turkey)
- GRE or GMAT test scores (see specific program website for minimum score requirements as relevant)
- Referee contact details (2 for Master and 3 for Ph.D. programs)
- Other documentation (see specific program requirements)
Method of Application
- Click the green button below to go to the Turkish Scholarship webpage.
- Complete and submit the online Turkish Scholarships application form and indicate as your 1st preference one of the eligible Koç University undergraduate programs. You should submit the form before their annual deadline in February.
- Complete and submit the Koç University International Student application form with all the required documents and information before the annual deadline.
- If selected by the Turkish Scholarships Evaluation Committee for an interview and then approved, and if you are also offered admission by Koç University, you will be offered the scholarship to the relevant undergraduate or postgraduate program.
- Announcement of results is usually done in August-early September each year
