The Olam Agri Graduate Trainee Program offers a monthly ₦200,000 base salary, performance-based commission, and a transportation allowance for selected young Nigerians.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Olam Agri Graduate Trainee Program, you must:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Inventory Management and Human Resources) from a recognized institution.
- Possess a minimum second-class upper grade.
- Not be more than 26 years of age as at March 2026.
- Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption certificate
- Live or be willing to live to Lagos.
