The Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Programme (TEP) is an initiative of the Ministry of Youth Development designed to facilitate entrepreneurship development in students of Delta State origin.
The programme is modeled to train and set up eligible Undergraduate Students with exceptional entrepreneurial drive through access to a venture-capital arrangement.

Requirements
To be eligible for the Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Programme (TEP), applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be a student of a State-Owned University in Delta State:
- University of Delta (UNIDEL)
- Delta State University (DELSU)
- Southern Delta University (SDU)
- Dennis Osadebay University (DOU)
- Must be of Delta State origin.
- Must be between 18 and 35 years of age.
- Must be in 200 Level, 300 Level, or Penultimate Year.
- Must have a minimum CGPA of 2.5.
- Must possess an innovative and bankable business idea.
