Method of Application

Follow these steps exactly to be considered:

  1. Send an email to careers@spencercampbelltalent.com with the subject line: “I want to be your next Research Fellow – [YOUR NAME].”
  2. Confirm you meet all 5 essential requirements – do not apply if you don’t meet them.

Include a link in your email to a job description that aligns with our founder’s experience (Spencer Campbell) — Specifically, find a remote job for Spencer that pays at least 100,000 USD per year and aligns with his professional experience.  Spencer is obviously not job-hunting, this job lead is used only to assess your fit for the fellowship.
  7. Indicate how you used AI in preparing your application.

AI Policy: We are daily AI users at SCTA and believe it’s a powerful tool. From our conversations with recruiters, we know lazily generated AI-based applications are red flags for many firms. We feel similarly. If you use AI as an aid in any way to prepare your application, indicate precisely how in your application.

Application Deadline: December 19, 2025.
