This programme offers recent graduates a unique opportunity to gain practical experience, access tailored trainings, and mentorship, all within a supportive and dynamic work environment.

The 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme Academy has Eight (8) Pathways:
- Actuarial Pathway

- Financial Advisers (Trust Advisers) Pathway
- Insurance Pathway
- Investment Pathway
- Sales Pathway
- Technology Pathway
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1)Â
- Have at least 5 O’ Level credits, including English and Mathematics.
- Completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
- Applicants must not be older than 27 years of age at the time of application.
- Relevant professional qualifications or certifications will be considered an added advantage.
