Requirements:

To be considered for the Dufil Prima Graduate Trainee Program, you must meet the criteria below:

Accountant (Graduate Management Trainee)

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN or ACCA), or currently in view.
  • 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience in a reputable organisation (FMCG, retail, or manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles.
  • Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or SAP, as well as Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Six Sigma Facilitator (Graduate Management Trainee)

  • First Class Honours degree only
  • 0 to 5 years of work experience
  • Not more than 30 years of age
  • B.Eng. and B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Microbiology, Metallurgical Engineering, and Civil Engineering.
  • Candidates must be willing to accept deployment in any location at the discretion of our company
  • Must have completed NYSC (a scanned copy of the NYSC discharge certificate must be uploaded)
  • Computer-literate and innovative mindset
