Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programs across different business units.
- Support daily operations under the supervision of experienced managers.
- Contribute to projects, research, and process improvement initiatives.
- Gain practical knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet team objectives and deliver results.
Requirements
- A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in any field (candidates from Social Sciences, Arts, or IT are particularly encouraged to apply)
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Must be 26 years or younger.
- Must reside in Ikeja or its environs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
