The National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University in Taiwan has announced the call for applications for the 2026 NYCU International Scholarship for Spring Semester.
The 2025 NYCU International Students Scholarship recipients will receive a Monthly Stipend up to NT$30,000 and a Tuition Waiver while pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate degrees in the university.
Requirements
To be considered for the 2026 NYCU International Students Scholarship, the following criteria are to be noted:
- The scholarship is open to new students who have not received any other scholarship or grant from the government.
- Each department will review the application.
- Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 for undergraduates and 3.5 for graduate students for the renewal of the scholarship.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Must have all previous degrees, and transcripts.
Benefits
- Monthly Stipend:
- Stipend for Undergraduate Students: NT$5,000 – 21,000 per month
- Stipend for Master’s Students: NT$7,000 – 25,000 per month
- Stipend for PhD Students: NT$10,000 – 30,000 per month
- Full tuition fee waiver or a reduction in tuition fees.
