The OML 17 Heirs of Tomorrow Scholarship Scheme (HOTSS) is a transformative educational support initiative driven by Heirs Energies and its Host Community Development Trust (HCDT). It aims to empower talented and underprivileged indigenes of the OML 17 host communities through equitable access to tertiary education.

The OML 17 Heirs of Tomorrow University Scholarship offers financial support to all selected candidates in the form of a ?200,000 annual award till graduation.

- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited Nigerian federal or state-owned university for an undergraduate program.Â
- Must possess at least five O-Level credits including Mathematics and English, in WASC, SSCE or NECO in ONE sitting.Â
- Must be a certified full-time studentÂ
- Must be able to maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 5.0 scale (or 2.5 on a 4.0 scale) in every academic year throughout the scholarship period.
- Must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship, bursary, or grant from any other organization.Â
- Must provide a valid identification letter from the applicable host community.

3.   Proceed to your email inbox to activate your accountÂ
4.   Click on https://candidate.scholastica.ng/ to return to the Scholarship siteÂ
5.   Enter your registered email and password to upload your information.Â
6.   Enter your personal information, National Identification Number (if available), educational information, other information, and upload required scanned documents.Â
7.   Ensure the name used in applications matches the names on all documentation in the same order. Upload a sworn affidavit or certificate if otherwise.Â
8.   Ensure you view all documents after uploading, to ensure that they are clear and accurate.Â
9.   When asked to upload a photo, upload a passport photograph with a white background.Â
10. Recheck application information to avoid errorsÂ
11. Click “Apply Now” to submit informationÂ
12. You will receive an email and that confirms your application was successful.Â
13. Return to https://candidate.scholastica.ng/, enter your Email and Password to download your profile and proceed to have your Head of Department sign the document.Â
14. Upload a scanned copy of the signed profile, this would be used for verification.Â
