The Texas A&M University Scholarships is a fully funded graduate assistantship opportunity at a privately endowed research unit embedded within Texas A&M University-Kingsville.

The Texas A&M University Graduate Scholarship offer up to a monthly stipend of $2,200 plus benefits (medical package available after completion of waiting period) and full tuition waiver.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the Texas A&M University Graduate Scholarship, you must:

  • Have a bachelors/masters degree in a relevant field (depending on the available position)
  • Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with programming or coding (R, Python, etc.)
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis of data from wildlife populations
  • Excellent written and personal communication skills  
  • have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Benefits

The Texas A&M University Scholarships offer;

  • $2,200/month plus benefits (medical package available after completion of waiting period) and nonresident tuition waived (resident tuition fees apply but will be reimbursed to ensure a full tuition waiver)
  •  (medical package has a 60-day waiting period).  Nonresident tuition waived (resident tuition fees apply). Partial resident tuition fee assistance may be provided based on availability of funds.
