The University of Manitoba Canada Scholarship is a full scholarship that covers tuition and provides living stipends of $26,000/year to selected candidates to study at the institution.
Requirements
To be considered for the University of Manitoba Canada Scholarship, you must:
- Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Biosystems Engineering
- Electrical/Computer Engineering
- Agricultural/Biological Engineering
- Or related fields
- Programming and data analysis (MATLAB, Python, etc.)
- Experience in machine learning and deep learning
- Knowledge of sensors (NIR, X-ray, HSI, gas sensors)
- Grain handling, post-harvest metrics, or storage modeling
- Scientific publications or prior research experience
Benefits
- MSc Position:Â Minimum stipend of CAD $21,000/year
- PhD Position:Â Minimum stipend of CAD $26,000/year
- Start Dates: Flexible – Fall 2025, Winter 2026, or Summer 2026
